A promise is something important and should be treated with respect. . .a promise still means something....People seem to break promises so easily now... its sad. What's your take on it?
Getting a promise from an honest person is just as good as a contract. If I ask someone a question, and they say, '' I promise'' I expect they will do exactly as they say. If you break a promise to me, you lose all credibility.
If you make a promise to someone, than you have to carry out the promise no matter what. People shouldn't go about making promises they might not be able to keep.
